Welcome To BIOPOP
The laboratory of bioinformatics and population genetics in Seoul National University focuses on producing fundamental material from scattered sources and gathering advanced information related to cancer or disease, approached by all-inclusive studies of informatics, mathematics, statistics, and natural sciences. As a variety of livestock genomes are emerging, by applying the principle of population genetics on domestication genes and analyzing genome polymorphisms, we aim to introduce a new paradigm of genetic breeding.
